What kind of user access can be configured for a site?

To configure site access per user, go to the Site Users page and use the Edit or Configure hyperlink. A Site Admin will have access to edit their own settings. If you don't want the user to be able to edit themselves, they will need to be a Site User.

Use the Edit hyperlink to edit the user role or their Read/Write access. A user's site access can be configured as Read or Write Access. If a user has read access, they can view the site and its objects, but make no changes. If a user has write access, they have full permissions across the site. To remove access to the site completely, use the Remove hyperlink.

Use the Configure hyperlink to change a user's access to groups, objects, and schedules. Uncheck a group or a schedule and the user will not see the unchecked item when they log in. You can also navigate down to a group's objects and change the access to individual objects.
